I‘m having a really hard time opening up during conversation. usually I‘m just talking about what‘s going good in my life and tend to rush over the negative stuff.
so I wrote a letter. I talked about things that worry me and stress me out, things that I finally need to talk about but can‘t bring up, and in the end I asked her to bring those things up during our therapy sessions and help me work through them. I asked her to not let those things go if I try to avoid them, because I need to learn how to confront and solve my problems instead of running away from them.
my next session is next wednesday. I put the letter into my wallet so I can‘t forget it. now I just hope that I can bring up the courage to give it to her. this is really important to me, and I want to get it right.
