Thinking about trying something new for the next session I'm not sure though
Post Body

Anyway I'm going to be vising my partner and I've been doing Skype sessions with my therapist since they moved away a couple weeks. I mean I know I can skip a week, but I don't really want to do that. Anyway there's no privacy there and it's not that I don't trust my partner or anything it's a private thing. My idea of what I wanted to do is have the session entirely in another language. I know the therapist is bilingual I've heard her and she lists it on her Psychology Today profile thing. So aside from English me and the therapist both know this other language. I was thinking of this one time having a whole session not in English. But I feel weird about it cause I'm much more comfortable in English and it takes me longer to gather thoughts in a different language. I'm not trying to be shady or anything I just want the conversation to stay between me and the therapist. I feel that the therapist might find it a bit weird that I'm asking of her, but at the same time I don't feel that it is unusual.
