First time Therapy
Post Body

It was my first time getting into therapy. I booked a 15 min meeting first just for meet and greet, and to get to know me. I told that I want to check if I have ADHD,issues with socialization since covid happened and anxiety.

I then booked a 60 minute appointment for us to talk thru it more. Im kinda nervous and dont know what is the usual thing happens during session and the fact that its virtual, Idk how to feel. Any tips for me. I also want to discuss something deeper and personal but Im not sure if its appropriate to talk about it
