I'm in baltimore, MD and I'm probably going through the worst time of my life (won't talk yalls head off about it) and I need therapy. Otherwise, I'm literally going to tear my skin off. My problem is that when I try to reach out to therapists via email or phone, I get no response. I'm close to giving up honestly. I've been using psychology today to search for therapist but idk if that's a good way to find them. I'm getting to the point where I might use betterhelp (I really don't want to). Please, is there anyway I can ACTUALLY talk to therapists. Any help is greatly appreciated.
