So - it's been a month (4 text sessions of 45 minutes) now and our last session is where we just started going into a somewhat helpful line of thought. Since the sessions mostly felt like they kinda lacked having much substance. I feel like my progress is slow although I understand therapy is a slow process; I wonder if I should change my therapist? Or is it normal to just barely scratch the surface of one topic in a session?
I think I'd give it another month before deciding finally but I do want this to be worthwile
