I have a school counselor that is currently seeing one of my daughters I just received an explanation of benefits from my insurance provider telling me that this counselor is out of network and has billed for $990 that I may be responsible for. I have tried contacting this counselor directly several times and so has my attorney to which she has not returned my phone calls or emails, I have also contacted her organization and supervisor to which I have not received any communication back on these issues. My ex wife currently has contact with this counselor and this counselor has told my ex wife that despite the billing issue she will continue to see my daughter whether she is being paid or not and will continue billing as well, how do I report this in my state? I’m in Arkansas.
