So I’m trying to find a therapist in my area, I’m in Texas. My insurance is in California, so I can’t get easy access to a therapist or psychologist or a PCP. I’m frustrated. I called my insurance and they sent me a 104 page doc and half the numbers don’t work or are for counseling. What about the focus on mental health?
