So I am finally looking into therapy to help with my mental struggles but I don't know where to start. I'm scared about opening up and am not sure how to do it or where to start. I was taught that we were to mask any negative feeling and accommodate others before ourselvs. So I feel selfish or like I'm whining when I start to open up. I do struggle with everyday life and any little thing makes me want to give myself a pain to the other side.
I do struggle financially and don't have insurance, which is a big hurdle I'm facing. lots of therapist are quite expensive. I'm thinking of using better help but am hesitant due to some controversies I have heard.Has anyone had experience with this app before ?
