How to end the relationship with my therapist?

My therapist has said some questionable things, which are making me paranoid (my husband has a porn addiction and she keeps saying she’s doubtful he hasn’t slept with other women), amongst other red flags.
I’m meeting with a new therapist today to see if we mesh better. How do I go about cutting it off with the other therapist? Is it okay to just email her and say I won’t be continuing with therapy? Do I owe more of an explanation?
