Need help deciding on a finisher.

My options are a Fire Maid Milla, or a Water Christmas Milla. Neither are limit broken. My MA is only UA, I haven't placed high enough to get Goddess Loves ever. I don't have any of the UA Water weapons. I think my 1 slash made it to SR while my spell made it to UR. My Slash/Spell GE weapons also aren't UR as I had only recently started playing back then. I'm really hoping to have some amazing luck when the lottery comes out, but short of that I don't know which I should use as my finisher.
