I serve at a fine dining restaurant in Florida, this āmovie producerā walked in requesting a table for 3 specifically by the door because of his health issues. Sat in my section I start taking care of him and quickly realized he was not all there. He wants to order a salad but none of the 7 different ones we have on the menu. āI wanna make up my own shit, Iāve done it beforeā. A little entitlement I can deal with that, he waves a wad of cash at me all 100s saying heāll take care of me if I take care of him. I get him his salad heās happy he asked me to help him figure of stuff on his phone everythingās pretty great. An hour into him being there, the remainder of his party still hasnāt shown; I question him about it and he says theyāre on there way ( his party was his Uber driver from the night before that may or may not show) sheās in the middle of completing a ride 45 mins away. At this point heās taken over a table at my section and has been really loud and bothersome towards staff and other guests. I went over to check on him, he accused me of ābusting his ballsā and yelled in my face to a point where I was scared to go back. Heās talking nicely to every other server at that point and is being taken care of by our manager till his guests arrives. Manager told me not to go back to him and at the end of the night a coworker informed me that he was using racial slurs towards me, totally hated me and said he would tip everyone there (host and servers) $100 just to spite me.
I never got to flip that table, manager checked him out so I never got tipped either.
