This is not my story but my brothers, from a long time ago, but still makes me laugh. When my brother was old enough to get his license and a car, he was able to get a job at a popular fast food restaurant thanks to our neighbour who was the store manager at the time.

A regular would often come through the drive-thru, stop at the speakerphone, and "umm/ahh" as he couldn't decide what he wanted from the menu. The very first time this happened my brother waited patiently and another server quickly took over and "helped" the regular choose a meal, complete with all the add-ons and combo upgrades. Everything "suggested" the regular was like "YEAH YEAH YEAH THAT'S WHAT I WANT". One of the team learnt his name one day, so everytime he came through they were able to greet him by name (when it quickly became apparent who it was) and he was like "oh, MATE, yeah yeah".

Turns out this guy came through almost every day absolutely baked, definitely not drunk but high on drugs of some sort. He never knew what to order, always agreed to every suggestion, and conveniently always stopped at the end of the drive-thru to open his bottle of soft drink and have a sip. Some of the team would shake up the bottle prior and would watch out the serving window as it went everywhere in his car (complete with "OH NO!"). He obviously never remembered as he kept coming back and never made a complaint.
