So, over the past week, as I've mentioned, we've lost like four servers, and I've recently gotten a second job at a restaurant like five minutes away where a good chunk of my former coworkers have gone.
I've made it very clear that no, I'm not leaving because I need both jobs. However, it kind of feels like a good chunk of my managers have missed the memo that no, I only changed my availability, not put my two weeks notice in. One of my managers is borderline consistently rude lately, whenever I ask him for help, and I keep getting put in the sections that are pretty shitty in comparison to the others--or asked when I'm leaving. It's not just me either, any time anyone even remotely mentions another job, they start getting shifted to crappy sections and getting reduced to bad closing shifts.
Our j-1 kids are no longer contracted, and starting to leave, but while they're here, they're all getting the prime sections and good shifts, while the rest of us are kinda just being shuffled around.
