Today’s my first shift alone.. a Friday nightttt and i feel like I barely know the menu. Especially the alcoholic drinks. I’m under 21, so I’m not well versed in all the different types of alcohols, and every time someone orders one, I have no idea what they’re getting bc sometimes they don’t call it by the menu name lol. Praying everyone orders chicken fingers and lemonade tonight lol…
Does anyone have any tips on how to fake it till you make it?
Edit: ohh and let me just say, my second serving shift is MOTHERS DAY. Yikkkkeeessssss 😞
Alcohol always takes a second to learn! The more you serve it, the more knowledge you’ll have
