I'm wrapping up my training in Fraud Ops. Taking calls over the last few weeks. A trend we've noticed is an amnesia hitting clients when they purchase only fans.
My favorite excuses so far "I let my brother use my card and he did it" "I've never really heard of them before..." (has several transactions months back)
And the best, when verifying transactions and times
"This was done at midnight? I was asleep then, I wouldn't be up doing anything on my phone"
What are your experiences with this or anything similar?
