Podium Workers Rant

I’m sorry. I’m so frustrated.
One of our podium workers is so anal about everything. He gives me, and many other staff members, attitude all the time. He’s old and hard of hearing and super forgetful. He does whatever he wants. I do my best to be civil, but some days it’s a struggle. I get ripping tickets all day is pretty boring, but just be chill. It’s only a movie theater.
Anyone else have frustrating podium staff at their location?
