Hey, everyone. I have been delivering for about 7 months now, and I figured I would share my story of my most interesting delivery.

I work at a rather "hut" shaped pizza place, and it was a normal night. I had a single to a house 3 minutes away, so I thought cool, it'll be quick, and I can get back to prep. The order was for a couple pizzas, and 2 2-liters, I forgot one of the sodas when I first left. As I am walking down the drive way I see this little old lady standing in front of the window clutching money, and looking out. I give her a small wave, so I don't spook her and for her to notice me. I guess she didn't though, because I still had to wake a minute or two after knocking. She asks me to come in to set the food down, and I did. She was old, and this was a lot of food. This is where it gets interesting. This lady was old, like 80s or so, and maybe hard of hearing or a little senile or something. I'm telling her the total, and she is having a hard time hearing and figuring it out. Then this guy walks out of a bedroom on my right, and walks up to her, and gets right next to her ear. I am assuming he was her son, he looked about 40-50, was overweight, and almost entirely naked. He only had on a large shirt, so thankfully I didn't see any wang. They start yelling to each other about who was paying. They just went back and forth asking eachother if they were paying till he walked off. Thats when he told me i left a drink, I checked and I had, I told I would come back. He then went back to the room, and stood leaning over a dresser, kind of presenting his ass. She then handed me the cash she was clutching, and I counted it all out, and tried to give her the change. She could not figure out what I was trying to do, and kept asking what it was. I kept explaining to her, and she just handed it back I'm confusion, so I just took it. It was 5 bucks, good tip. I left, and when I got back to drop off the other soda, he had not moved from his spot at all. It was all so fucking weird.
