Had a manager who was a typical south side asshole where I’m from. He often would get upset when people ordered things specifically for any reason not related to food allergies. Vegan or religious reasons didn’t matter to this guy. One time I found out AFTER delivering a pizza he had intentionally ripped up sausage and mushed it into the sauce before cheesing, just because someone requested their food not touch any surfaces that had touched meat, I believe for kosher reasons or some religious reason I can’t remember now.

I didn’t call them or anything because I was a dumb 19 year old and didn’t know how to deal with my manager being a POS. I should have called corporate so many times for this company. I feel like since they didn’t call, they didn’t notice and i hope they didn’t get sick from consuming something they didn’t want to. I feel super shitty about it now.

Anyway that guy did a shitty thing. Got away with it. A few months down the line, he got caught nodding off in the bathroom of our other location with a needle in his arm. He only got fired because the coworker who caught him called corporate, as the franchises owner was a creep as it was and didn’t want to fire ‘good’ employees over their problems with addiction.

Ugh I do not miss the people I worked with, but I do miss that job and how mindless it was.
