About a year ago now, someone from corporate came in and timed me. I got 29.3 seconds on a Large Pepperoni.

And when he did the cut in half, measurement of crust height, etc. I got perfect pizza as well.

He said he didn't have any pins on him at the time and would send them.

I still haven't received them. Is there a way I can order it myself or maybe talk to corporate to come back and re-time me? I am an assistant manager.
