So last night, I had a double run, I looked at the first one, which was for an apartment complex, but no apartment number...

I tried calling the number 3 times, no dice... so I left a message stating that I tried calling 3 times with no luck, and so that I would prioritize another delivery till I heard back from them (luckily it was close to the store anyways), or if i didn't hear from them by then, to pls call the store to send it back out.

well, as i was leaving the parking lot, I finally get a call from them, and the call went something like this..

"Hello, is this Mrs. "So and so" yes, I'm calling to let you know i got your order, but i didn't get your apartment number.

Hi, I don't know how close you are to us now, but you better turn around right now if you don't have the cheese and peppers on you that we asked for. Also while you're on your way back, get us some Marinara, we won't pay unless we get these from you"

My initial inside reaction was... Wow.... REALLY?! Never mind the fact that I left you a message regarding the delivery prioritization change because i needed your apartment number, but now, right off the bat you're gonna talk to me like i'm your bitch and you would demand that I turn 180 Degrees around if I didn't kiss your ass thoroughly? Jesus Christ people..

I'm actually glad my other delivery was close, and that I couldn't deliver to them first.. Saved me a ton of pointless and unnecessary trouble (though shame i couldn't avoid the unpleasantness.

Back to the call, I sternly replied "You will have to pay 50 cents per Marinara, and also I never got your Apartment number. I had to prioritize another delivery over yours because of this reason."

They finally gave me the apartment number, but Jebus, even they called the store in a nasty mood, like seriously people, what have we done to receive such treatment? I hope they have just an equally nasty holiday >_>
