Ok, so tonight was one of those nights where we were understaffed and it was slammed.. on top of that, one of the drivers didn't show up, so it was just 2 drivers for the night..

well... I've had the unfortunate pleasure of delivering to this house about 4.8 miles out on our delivery zone, and it just seems like every time we deliver to them, something is wrong with their pizza..

well, this time around, she said that she had ordered 6 garlic sauces, but on the ticket it said 6 ranches.. (I was secretly hoping this had been an internet order, but no such luck).

Then she proceeded to blast me about how it's the 6th time in a row now that she's been screwed by our place in some way..

This isn't me saying it's not true or anything, but what can I do about it? it's not me effing up afterall... but she proceeded to tell me all about her woes and be as pissy as can be, all the while reminding me now and then that it's not my fault..

Busy night, deliveries on screen waiting, and I had to sit there listening to her rant for a good 8 or so minutes... not to mention she had me call the store to take off the ranches cus she would not pay for it...

Busy night trying to get through... yea, it doesn't equate very well... so there went probably another 7 minutes or so, so by the time I was finally able to leave, it was a good 15 minutes wasted I'd say...

then she said her pizza was soggy as always, and she could not eat it, and that her kids would not eat anything other than pizzahut and that that would change... and that she would call the store to bitch some more and blah blah blah...

I left hoping that she never orders from us again.. she never tips anyways, so no big loss to us drivers anyways..

Last I heard, she called to try and place a redo order for free to be delivered in like half an hour or something, but that that would be impossible, as we were slammed with so many orders and pizzas flooding the oven, so i'm sure she was even more pissed, but again, i hope she never orders from us again all the same...

i mean, if her experience is that bad, why does she? lol
