Question about pay and benefits

So I am not sure about this, and was hoping some legal-minded pizza guys would be able to help me. For my position at Dominos, the handbook states starting pay is $9.25 an hour. I make $9. It says we are eligible for health 80% paid by the company, and dental at 50% paid by the company. Haven't been offered anything. I just want to know what my options are when I talk to my boss about this. Any advice for bringing it up? Thanks in advance!
