Sticking with rule #2 of the subreddit, heres my story. It's a short one.
I work at Dominos.
So I'm working a close and its just me and the manager. Having a kind of shitty night when the phone rings.
[corporate drone spiel]
"Okay, so here's how this is gunna work. I'm gunna give you my order and if you screw up ANYTHING I'm calling pizza hut."
"Call Pizza Hut"
And I hung up. Not a very exciting story, but really, what else is the proper response to that kind of entitledness? Although, props to the guy, he never called back and complained. Guess he stuck to his word.
My only regret is I had to send that asshole to my PH brothers and sisters.
But anyway, not about me, how about you guys? When have you finally said "you know what, no" to a customer's bs?
