It baffles me that people think that controls can be refilled based on the fill date and not the sold date. Had a mom call me on Friday, saying she wanted her prescription filled by Sunday. I told her I would put it in for Saturday to be safe, and her response: "just make sure it goes through insurance today so we can get a head start on filling it next time. Since you guys only let us fill every 30 days I want to be able to do it earlier."
Totally over that. I told her "actually, we fill them every 28 days and it goes off of the date that it's picked up on, not filled."
And she goes "oh.. good to know." Sorry, not pulling a fast one on us today.
