After telling a man his wife's prescription was out of refills and we would have to contact the prescriber for an updated prescription:
"But why do you have to call him? The doctor isn't out of refills."
To top it off, he was wearing a shirt that said something along the lines of "I have found pleasing everyone is impossible. But it's possible to piss anyone off"
