Hey Guys, So I've made a couple posts about me working new years and how horrible last couple nights were. So, I've been working at this hotel ill just say it's somewhere in Idaho. I've been working here for 4 years. I've grown to like it. This past year though has been absolutely horrible. Manager quits, New "supervisor" trying to change everything and not knowing what to do. Well, Today i put my 2 week notice. I went into my gm's office and handed my letter and explained why. I've been over worked the last 2 years, While everyone gets vacations and etc. I also didn't get a raise this year considering are hotel was very busy in 2020. As soon as I left, A huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I would like to work in a full service hotel to soften the load. But, For now I'll enjoy these last 2 weeks. Here's to new beginnings.
