So, Where do i start. Where i work we get these hockey teams in almost every weekend. More now because their state is closed and ours is still pretty open. So, They come over here and cause pure destruction. Destroys the rooms, Get drunk and make it a party every weekend and basically doesn't give a fuck about anyone else. Well, This one particular guy has been coming here after these teams have been not coming here for the last 2 weeks and i must say he is THE biggest cunt sack ever. I get a noise complaint saying they're being loud and kids running in the hall this is around 10pm and quiet time is 9 to 9 and so I go up and dont see kids, But do hear them in their room screaming at the top of their lungs. I go down stairs and call and tell them to please keep it down and his stupid kid answers. I get yet another complaint for their room and call again and the dad answers and i tell them ive had 2 complaints already. Next one i get were charging him 50 dollars for noise. He comes down and starts yelling and cussing at me while I was talking to a guest who's been at our hotel for 4 months. He says they are eating pizza. You don't yell and scream while eating pizza. He proceeds to try and mock me. Yeah this dude has some serious jock mentality. He says i always pick on him and i told him im just doing my job, Not my fault he lets his kids act like their at Disneyland in a hotel. Manager comes in for night audit, And we get a 3rd complaint. He goes up there and 10 mins later comes down. Guy comes storming and asked for a mangers name above him and asked for both our names and is gonna call corporate. And also mentioned i wore a creepy clown mask while going up to his room in October on Halloween and scared his kids haha and he said he had pics. Weirdo. Point of the story. Fuck hockey teams and fuck that dude.
