Do you guys have them too and if so what is the WORST situation you have ever had from a guest cutting in line on front of another guest or multiple guests?

This happened to me tonight again. I was in the middle of helping some guests because our sales team did not route some of the rooms that they had booked to the master account. When they were in the middle of talking to me about this a rude woman jumped in-between me and the woman I was helping. "excuse me I need to buy this!", she said, "I need to have my bottle of wine NOW!"

It was especially rude because the lady I was talking to was elderly and in a walker and was having her walker and her arms against the counter. I do not understand this behavior at all.

The worst time for me was back some time ago when a woman cut in line in front of another guest. The other woman decided to take her anger out on me when the woman she was angry at would not listen to her and walk off. She throw her card keys to me and yelled at me so ugly and told me it was my fault that the lady cut her on the line

also sorry I know someone complain about my English before. I speak Spanish and German and English so sometimes it may sound strange when I write.
