The owners told my direct manager to take me off the schedule for next week, not to tell me and wait until I left to put the schedule up. So a silent firing. I suspect it's due to my report to OSHA.

I reported the wrongful termination to OSHA already.

The owners are on property and are pretending to be nice to me. I’m laughing knowing I’m walking out soon.

Yesterday, they asked me to do extra things I normally wouldn’t do. They are extremely deceptive and I cannot get over the lack of professionalism.

I’m trying to figure out what the next step is as I apparently no longer have a job. I am going to email the audit person and share that they definitely are not doing things by standards.
