Post Body

Not my story but watched the whole thing unfold. Was at a cosmetics store, themed black and white, with my SO when we noticed these two teen girls acting like they were hot shit wandering around the store grabbing and touching everything. Nudged my SO out of the way so they could grab items that weren't even in front of him. After about 5min of being next to us the head manager walks over and in the nicest, calmest voice possible says "Sweetheart, we see you two and know what you've been doing. Turn out your bags now and these two kind officers will assist you in finding the door." The girls at this point started to get defensive and insisted they've done nothing wrong and that they're being targeted. One of them shows the manager the basket she's holding with 3 items in it (a foundation and two brushes) and responds with "why would I steal when I'm putting things in the basket?" By this point there are now 4 sales associates and two loss prevention officers plus the manager surrounding the girls and the girls eventually surrender their purses from which the manager begins removing stolen products. We (my SO and I) lost count after 24 products. The basket, which started with 3 products, was replaced with an empty basket and the retrieval process continued! At the end of the whole ordeal the girls were escorted out by two cops and the manager gave em the fiercest mean mug I've ever seen. Now my SO and I joke about the situation. For instance, if he's trying to be sneaky and I catch him I'll tell him "sweetheart I see you."
