Post Body

About 10 years ago, working at a major grocery store in Canada, so Thanksgiving weekend there was a mistake at the warehouse. They were not able to sent any frozen turkeys, so instead substituted for fresh, same price and everything. There were signs made, put on the doors, in the frozen section, and everything. Think that would be okay, nooooo.

M will be me, and C will be customers. I swear, almost every conversation went like this....

C: Where are your frozen turkeys? I need one for tonight.

M: Sorry, there was a mistake so we have fresh for the same price. They are just over there in the meat department.

C: But I want frozen, I normally buy two cause they are on sale.

M: Well, you can still buy the fresh and freeze it. Also, the frozen wont take to long to cook.

C: But I only know how to cook from frozen.

Omg........

C: Where are the frozen turkeys, there is only fresh. I don't want fresh.

M: Sorry, that's all we have. They are the same price.

C: But they wont be as good.

Not sure how, but okay

C: I don't know how to cook fresh turkeys.

M: Well its the same as before, but it wont take as long.

C: I don't have time to figure that out.

Wait, what how can you be trusted to cook meat!
