First some backstory. I work in a fairly large retail company that focus a lot on having staff with knowledge about what we sell. Sometimes this backfires since customers assume we know everything and come to us with all electronic problems they have.

Generally speaking, if we have time we try to help folks out.

This customer actually takes the price.

Customer comes in to the store with a semi panicked look. My female coworker asks if she can help but he nicely ask that for my assistance.

Assuming the worst I take over the matter and ask him what's up?

Short summary of the story. Customer has a spare android phone he's going to give to his friend. Trying to play a prank he has installed every porn app he could find. Set ringtones to moans and background picture to some very visual acts between a well endowed man and a blond girl.

Here's the kicker, phone wasn't for his friend but his friends wife.

Somehow he missed this part and he was meeting his friend in front of the store at any moment.

I had a hard time not falling over from laughter but keept my cool, restored the phone to factory defaults and set the custom on his way.

All in all a god day. Customer later returned with a good tip since we don't charge for helping out. Sorry for grammar and so on. English ain't my first language and I'm on my phone atm :-P
