Just had a bizarre run on Aurum Vale, which involved a tank which probably covers most of this sub's tank bingo card.

The tank....

• Was a first timer
• Did not have a jobstone
• Had less HP than a level synced dragoon (no jobstone no job gear some NQ shop left side)
• Did not use any AoE abilities at all
• Only attacked one enemy at a time. If there was more than one enemy in a pack? The healer and both dps took aggro while the tank slowly downed their single target
• Stood/ran through all the goldbile puddles (has being a first timer as an excuse)
• Did not flip the first boss (yay cleaves...)
• Did not eat any fruits at all (has being a first timer as an excuse)
• Stood in every single boss AoE, making no effort to move out of it at all (kudos to the healer for keeping them alive through that the poison stacks)
• Made no indication of responding to our pleas of us teaching them how to tank, even with a few chat sounds thrown in

What they did do:

• Tank stance was on the whole time (yay?)

As much as I'm more tolerant of a first timer, carrying them through the whole dungeon was a step too much, and the vote kick thankfully went through.

Checked their lodestone a few hours later, and their character now has their job stone equipped. So maybe they actually read the conversation? Who knows????
