Hi all. I recently just reinstalled TTW, FNV and Fallout 3 because I wanted to do a full play through including the Frontier.

I’m using Mod Organizer 2. Unfortunately, I’m told the newest FO3 on steam doesn’t work with TTW so I had to use the downgrader.

I wanted to check that everything works, so, I gave myself level 30 with xp and items so I could make it to the Mojave and to Portland to check before I restart the game and do an actual play through and find something didn’t work.

Firstly, the level up animation worked but there was no chance to upgrade or choose perks. So I went back, got to level 3 properly and still nothing.

Anyway, I got through the Penn ave train station ant the rubble is still there so no path through without console commands.
