Best/ safest home base in the Mojave?

Hi all. I saw online that there can be issues in the player room in Novac with containers resetting and loosing items. Are there any home bases where this doesn’t happen? I’d like my unique items to be safe.

I’m playing on PC through steam. I know this is an issue with Xbox but it did get me wondering.

Edit: I’m thinking Novac at this point. No extra loading screens, I can bring followers, and lots of different containers. Does anyone know of issues with the room?
