MX five stabilizing the front end

Is anybody else feel like the front end could feel like it can use triple clamps or something a little stronger upfront any recommendations it just feels a little weak when Iām coming down off of things also, I have a lot of brake fluttering. Does anybody know what that sound is coming out of the lever MX-5
