Transit in Taipei..daytrip
Post Body

Dear fellow redditors. My partner and I are transitting in Taipei on a flight to Turkey from New Zealand. We really want to spend the day in the city, but I have come across some information (conflicting), some stating that the visa waver has been reinstated for 60 countries (NZ being one), however visitors still need to take a 3 day PCR test on arrival and quarantine for 3 days. if this is true, we'll have to stay at the airport. Can someone please let me know if the 3-day quarantine will still be necessary by 9 December? Much appreciated

Also you don’t need to wear a mask if you are outside after December 1st
