DNS is now only routed though tailscale network

So after an incident where the power got removed from the Raspberry Pi, tailscale now has seemingly taken over the device's DNS servers and I'm unsure how to reset these to the default state. The device is running Ubuntu 23.04 and its a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. I'm not sure what happened as before the device got suddenly powered off everything was working fine but now DNS is failing to point to the correct servers.

This is the output of a DIG command:

Does anyone know how I can set the DNS servers back so that they point to some actual DNS servers and not the tailscale network?
