Hey how are ya,

It's been a while since I ran a TagPro Fitness "League". Recently I have been feeling frustrated around fitness again and the medical professionals I have been seeing have been less than helpful, so I decided it is time to build up my own support network again. Thus, today I am announcing TagPro Fitness “League” Season 4! The biggest help for me in fitness motivation is being held accountable and I would like to provide a space for others in the same boat.

Season 4 will be a 3-month body change challenge featuring three categories to compete in! We will have Weight loss for people looking to lose weight, Bulking for people looking to add muscle, and Cutting for people looking to reduce body fat with little care about weight changes. Start dates will be determined by your first check-in date between March 17 and March 31 with a finish date 3 months later i.e. if you start March 20, your finish date is June 20. Make sure to join the [DISCORD](https://discord.gg/NNW5s4ryFc before March 31 so you can sign up by following instructions in the welcome channel! We will also be allowing people into the discord without joining the competition if they want support or to provide support.

New this season: Journal Club. I will be opening channels for anyone who wants a place to track all things relating to fitness. I will be using mine to track exercise, food, mental health, hydration, and post pics. Feel free to use your own how you want.

Although I am branding this for the TagPro Community, please feel free to invite anyone who might want to participate, I find that having people holding me accountable makes me way more incentivized to be fit and am hoping to provide that for many more people!
