Where can I get my ears cleaned/hearing tested? Preferably somewhere that accepts UHC insurance.

I’m needing to get my ears cleaned and hearing tested. I can’t seem to find somewhere to go.. last I was told, you can go to an Urgent Care to get them cleaned but would like to avoid an urgent care if possible.
Any suggestions? Plus if they accept UnitedHealthCare.
