Birthday is this week, where to go?

Birthday is this Tuesday, but a friend and I have the day off Wednesday and we want to have a little Tacoma day.. I see a lot of posts about places to eat and things to do but if you had to choose ONE coffee shop, ONE breakfast & ONE lunch place, what would you choose?
Also any ideas just to kill time that don’t involve drinking, happy to hear them 🙂
