Are my tabs correct?

I'm trying to get down the instrument playing those melodic lines in the back - it's in E and it's played on the high e string of the guitar.
So at the start, while the main guitar plays an E9 chord, it's playing 14 and then 12
0:20 16 - 14 - 12 -- 19
0:30 12-9-7--7-7--9---7
12--9--12-9-7-9--12 (?)
12--9--12-9-7-9--5
Obviously the tabs are not quite calibrated for time.
That's about what I have. If anyone has any corrections or can figure out more from the song, I'd love to hear it.
