vip 2 line not moving at all

I’ve just been sitting on the ground in this line forever now and it hasn’t moved an inch, what is going on?! I’m kind of upset because I still have to leave and put my outfit on and do hair and makeup and now I’m scared I won’t even get to do that. does anyone know what’s up and when it’ll start moving??
