Vizio H1 OLED Not Turning On

Hello!

I have a 65" Vizio OLED H1 that is not turning on, even after I swapped the power supply. When power is applied, the white light flashes on the remote receiver part of the TV, but neither the remote or power button will turn it on.

picture reference On the left is the power supply, I'm assuming the right is the mother board, but could it also be the center device? I'm not sure what that would be.

Quick back story, I received a full refund a few months ago because I had a row of dead pixels, a month or so later it won't even turn on anymore.
