Power comes on but no picture

It is an element full HD 1080p tv, I opened it up to see if maybe the capacitors were blown but they seem fine to me. Inside the tv. There was a broken button on the side, not sure what the button was for as it’s symbol is the a square with a bent corner but I fixed that but I doubt that was the issue and before I put it all back together I wanted to see if anyone else can see the issue.
