Mitsubishi xc2930c - OSD adjustments for h/sub width not working
Post Body

Alright. I don't expect too large of a response since it's a less common monitor, but I recently recapped all nine PCBs inside the monitor and all of my previous issues are gone thankfully.

But now I have a new issue: the displayed screen only takes up 2/3 of the monitor horizontally.

I've adjusted B4 per the manual (50v - 0.5v on a specific capacitor) and it sits at like 55% width, but maxing it out puts me around 65-70%.

Both OSD settings for width (h width and sub width) do absolutely nothing when adjusted up and down. From min to max, zero movement. I've swapped out the deflection and sub deflection boards from a known working monitor and it exhibits the same behavior, so I can at least rule those out.

I'm not really sure where to go from here and unfortunately the service manual isn't terribly interested in H width. I can share the service manual with anyone who may have a better understanding than I do.
