So I just scored a 2015 model Toshiba 40L310U 40 inch 1080p Smart TV. Took it home and powered on to discover the screen is actually damaged. I can see the options and everything works in the background, or what I assume is the options. Played around with it so I assume all the other components are working.
I am looking to see about fixing it myself. Pretty good with computers and game console building and refurbishing for the past 13 years. I feel this should be a simple fix. I did a preliminary search online with the TV model number looking to see if I can find replacement screens or parts TV's. I am having zero luck.
So if any of you chaps here could help a guy out and see if I can get the parts to fix this I would be deeply appreciative.
Thanks!
