red light blinks a few times but doesn't power on?

Hey guys. Just got this used TV. Really cheap cuz the guy didn't know if it was working. It's a 65" Class JS8500 4K SUHD Smart TV
When I plug it in, the red light blinks a few times, then when I try to power it on, the light goes away and nothing happens.
After I leave it for a few minutes, the red light comes on and stays on. Until I hit the power button. Then goes away again. Any clues? Thanks
