Traitor/Detective weight system

I have been looking around to figure out how to either do it myself or find an addon that does it for me. Unfortunately I have found nothing that gets near what I would like.

I work with a TTT server and play on it, the last couple nights I have played there have been people complaining (even from my own experience) that you would go 10-15 maps (NOT ROUNDS) before getting traitor, while others would get traitor a lot more often. I know the system is random but I think it is very annoying to have people on the server go that long with out getting a traitor round. When you have 3 hours to play and don't get traitor once that is quite frustrating (this happened to me).

Is there a weight system or something that allows the traitor to be spread out a little more and have a higher chance to select those who haven't had it in a long time? I haven't seen any addons/scripts that do this. Nor can I find the code to actually do it myself.

Any info would help.

[Update] I found the init file but still curious if there is an addon as this would be a lot better.

I have found function SelectRoles() but don't know much about gmod lua and the tables so would prefer to use an addon then change code.
