6 Months of 50 day cycles on average and I just received a diagnosis of PCOs. What can anyone tell me about it?

Post Body
My doctor said that there are medications to help regulate ovulation as it seems right now I'm not ovulating as often as I should be. How difficult is it to get pregnant while on this medication? How difficult of a road is this going to be? My husband also has some fertility issues stemming from a medication he takes so without my problems we were already struggling. I'm feeling really disheartened and like I just want to give up.
